The Mastering service offers mainly the routing of the printed circuit according to an electrical scheme, component list and mechanical layout that are normally supplied by the customer.
With the actual modeling systems, we optionally provide also the 3D model of the board with virtually assembled components as to make possible to check the board mechanical interferences and constructive constraints in the engineering process.

The available characteristics of the product are in line with the actually highest manufacturing classes, below some of the features used:

PCB THICKNESS:                0.20 / 0.40 / 0.60 / 0.80 / 1.00 / 1.20 / 1.60 / 2.00 / 2.40 / 3.20 mm

LAYERS:                               1/2/4/6/8/10 and more

MATERIALS:                         FR4-HITG / CEM / CEM-3HT / IMS / BERGQUIST / VENTEC / ISOLA / ARLON / etc ..( all the materials available )

COPPER THICK:                  17/35/70/105/150 / 210um

CLEARANCE / TRACK:        min 0.075 / 0.075

DRILLING:                            thruhole / blind / buried (Min 0.1mm) (mechanical and laser)

AVAILABLE STRATEGIES:  “pair length match” / “impedance control” / “stripline calculation” / “Microstrip calculation” / “bga escape routing”

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:    Paneling, Pick & Place files, Stencil frames, Entering Customer logos and custom graphics. Creation of custom libraries.

“PCB Mastering” service.
Supply of 2 samples pcb.

Schematic, board and BOM file package.

Construction file package (Gerber 274x file format).

Optional: Assembly of samples with components.

Optional: Mechanical support. (case or panel design)

Optional: Electronic support (help with the choice of parts so that they adapt better to your project)
This is what we need to get started:

  • A schematic that we can import or a draft that we can start from it.
  • Specification of the involved parts. (formally Bill of Material – BOM)
  • A Mechanical Layout. (preferably Dxf)
  • Guidelines for “special characteristics” like material, stackup, impedance, pair length match, ecc…
